These are the last few available copies of the "AM100" special editions, created for Aston Martin’s centenary in 2013, feature a unique cover reproduction of James Hart Dyke's painting of Sir Stirling Moss driving the DBR1 at the Nürburgring, with the book itself signed and individually numbered by the artist. Accompanying each book is one of 100 numbered fine art prints of the Aston Martin CC100 Speedster Concept. For each of the last book sets sold, a donation will be made to a charity chosen by Lady (Susie) Moss, details to be announced.
This special one-off edition of the Aston Martin Yearbook was produced in 2013 to celebrate the marque's centenary. As well as including exclusive content and photoshoots of some of the most iconic Aston Martins of the past 100 years, it includes a compilation of Aston Martin heritage essays from AM Magazine, along with rare James Bond material.
The slip-cased Special Edition includes a specially commissioned print of the Aston Martin CC100, the concept car created for the centenary, together with full pictorial coverage of the events that took place throughout 2013. These include the Centenary Dinner, the Nürburgring 24 Hour Race, the Villa d'Este Concours d'Elegance, Aston Martin Racing at Le Mans 24 Hours, and the impressive the Centenary Week and Concours celebrations in Kensington Gardens, London and Pebble Beach, California.
